If you go to www.coinmarketcap.com you can see a list of over 1000 cryptocurrencies that are available.
It is best practices to do research on any of them that you are interested in before you invest. There are tabs above the graph on each crypto you look at on the site. The "Market" tab will show you the exchanges that you will be able to acquire them. You may need to have bitcoin before you can get the crypto on the exchange and some have a way to use fiat currency to buy the crypto you are interested in.
